TLG has in-house capabilities to provide engineering and design services and full computer assisted design and drafting (CADD) services. With in-house engineers and draftspersons, TLG can provide a variety of design services for a wide range of projects. Project experience has included the following:

TLG recently completed an engineering and design project for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Northern Arizona Health Care System, in Prescott, Arizona. This project included the replacement and upgrade of various underground storage tanks, upgrading aboveground fuel storage tanks to meet current codes, removal of an asphalt storage building, relocation of a hazardous waste building, evaluation and assessment of a tar building, clean up of a construction landfill, and general environmental remediation and engineering support services. As part of the project, TLG performed a schematic design to determine the extent of work to be performed at the site in accordance with the Department of Veterans Affairs Design Standards.

California High Speed Rail Project
Orange County, California

TLG is participating in California High-Speed Rail Project to provide engineering services for the proposed alignments slated from Los Angeles to Anaheim.  TLG is providing daily engineering services for all phases of the project, including review of existing site constraints, analyses of feasibility of alternative solutions, engineering design of grade separations along the corridor and the gateway cities, identification of critical and/or conflict infrastructures, and provisions of mitigation solutions, responses to PMT/EMT's concerns during various design stages, and input for risk management protocols.

Former TDY Facility, San Diego Airport

TLG is currently under subcontract to assist with construction management activities related to the demolition and site restoration of the former TDY facility, located at the San Diego Airport. TLG is providing everal services, including critical-path project scheduling (using Primavera software), project cost estimating services, and CADD services.
